
NICE MONT BORON
Mont Boron is a hill in the eastern part of Nice (Alpes-Maritimes). Its maximum altitude is 191 meters. With a surface area of fifty-seven hectares, the Mont Boron forest is the main park in eastern Nice. It is famous for its many panoramic views over the city, the harbor of Villefranche-sur-Mer and Cap Ferrat. It's also a highly residential area with many villas. At the foot of Mont Boron lies the Lazaret cave, a prehistoric site dating from the Middle Paleolithic.
